Cynthia Erivo, who received a Best Actress nomination for Wicked, and Monica Barbaro, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for A Complete Unknown, were celebrated at the 18th Annual Oscar Nominees Celebration hosted by Women In Film on Friday evening (February 28) at Wheelhouse in West Hollywood, Calif.
Among the Oscar nominees present were songwriter Diane Warren, director of The Substance Coralie Fargeat, screenwriter of The Brutalist Mona Fastvold, and producer of Anora Samantha Quan.
Since 1977, WIF has annually honored outstanding women in the entertainment industry who
have broken ground and excelled in their chosen fields.
