The remastered version of the film is set to be distributed by Disney internationally beginning on February 10, 2023, Deadline confirmed. Paramount has domestic rights and is expected to set the release date shortly.
Jon Landau first teased the news at Disney’s CineEurope presentation in Barcelona on Wednesday (June 23), showing off a 3D look at the remastered version.
A 3D version also came out in 2012.
