Carmen Electra has been inundated with supportive messages across the world following the sad news of her brother's death.
In a Instagram post on Tuesday, the 52-year-old model and actress announced the passing of her sibling. The caption read:
"R.I.P. my dear brother 😢 All of our memories are forever engraved on my heart 💔 Love you more then words. Rest in power"
Born Tara Leigh Patrick in Sharonville, Ohio, Carmen Electra grew up in White Oak, Ohio. She is the youngest of five children and has Irish, German and Cherokee ancestry. Her post did not indicate which brother passed away or the cause of death.
The sad news follows the death of Electra's friend the late Crazy Town frontman Shifty Shellshock aka Seth Binzer who died on June 24 due to an accidental overdose.
Carmen also paid tribute to Shifty with a social media post on her Instagram account:
