HBO Max: 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air' Cast To Reunite For Reunion Special

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air is celebrating 30 years with a reunion special on HBO Max. The special is expected to begin production in September with a release date sometime around the Thanksgiving holiday.

The announced cast includes; Will Smith, Alfonso Ribeiro, Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Joseph Marcell, Daphne Maxwell Reid, and DJ Jazzy Jeff.

The network has not announced who it will cast to play the role of the beloved dad and "Uncle Phil" from the 90's "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" storyline. James Avery died at age 68 after a fatal open heart surgery.
