LACMA’s 9th annual Art +Film gala fundraised more than $4.6 million

The stars came out to support Los Angeles County Museum of Art + Film Gala. This year’s gala honorees were Betye Saar; 93-year-old assemblage artist and Oscar-winning filmmaker from Mexico City, Alfonso Cuarón, for his 2013 film; “Gravity,” starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney.

The celebration is LACMA’s ninth annual Art + Film gala, co-chaired by Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio. The gala raised more than $4.6 million for the museum’s exhibitions and film programs.

Other celebrities and filmmakers in attendance include: Salma Hayek, Keanu Reeves, Naomi Campbell, Donald Glover -Childish Gambino, Beck, Brie Larson, Ricky Martin, Guillermo del Toro, Alessandro Michele, Jared Leto, Kiki Layne, Linda Ramone, Willem Dafoe, Lucky B. Smith, and Billie Eilish.
