Los Angeles Police Arrest Woman For Allegedly Burglarizing Johnny Depp’s Hollywood Hills Mansion

TMZ has reported that law enforcement has arrested a woman who allegedly broke into the Hollywood Hills home of "Pirates of The Caribbean" actor, Johnny Depp. The woman was caught when she set off the security system, which resulted in local police being called to the scene.

When the police arrived to Depp’s home the woman has already fled the property, however she was later apprehended nearby and connected to another recent burglary in the same area. Johnny Depp was not home at the time. It is still unclear if anything was taken from his home or what the motive behind the burglary may have been.

The alleged break in may be the least of Johnny Depp’s latest legal woes in 2021. Depp is already embroiled in a defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard in Virginia that is currently set to begin later this year. Heard has filed a counter lawsuit against Depp for defamation of character, which will probably require the actor to be deposed. Depp has also stated he would appeal a verdict libel case against British publishing company News Group Newspapers. That verdict resulted in Johnny Depp leaving his role in the Fantastic Beasts franchise, which now been replaced by Mads Mikkelsen.
